The building was built in 1930 by the important Zürich Architect L. M. Boedecker planned and implemented.

The well- maintained apartment has undergone minimal structural changes as part of the renovation. Only the wall between the kitchen and dining area was opened. In addition new flooring was established, the guest toilet was renovated and the kitchen was replaced. The new slab flooring was based on the laying pattern of the existing parquet flooring. The color concept is in shades of grey and forms an elegant connection to the refreshed solid wood parquet floors.
